What it means for you…

Once you’ve positioned your Cretan Pot in your desired location, you can be confident to leave it there come rain or shine, sleet or snow, so simply choose your location, position your pots making sure each pot is standing on terracotta feet and not directly onto the ground and enjoy for years to come.

Simply follow the instructions that arrive with your pot to ensure a life-time of enjoyment.

Make sure you register to qualify.

To take advantage of our 50 year Frost Proof Warranty, simply use the supplied terracotta feet to stand your pot on (This ensures the pot is kept out of freezing water) and follow the steps below. If you purchased your terracotta pot from a garden centre and didn’t receive any feet they can be purchased here.
  • Simply visit out Register Your Cretan Pot page.
  • Complete the ‘Register Your Cretan Pot’ Section with your purchase details – without this registration the warranty reverts to 12 months.
  • Enjoy your pot for years to come!!
The warranty covers frost damage only (not impact). The pot will be replaced with the same model, or if discontinued a similar one at our discretion and subject to availability. No monetary refunds will be given.
The 50 Year Warranty covers the pots and planters Only, NOT water features.

Care instructions are supplied with all water features purchased which will set out exactly how to keep your water feature safe from frost damage. The 50 year warranty only covers frost damage and not wind or impact damage.
